- These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
- This promotion is only open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter or any member of the C&C Group or their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion. Proof of age may be required.
- Promoter: Bulmers Limited, Bulmers House, Keeper Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12. This promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter or any member of the C&C Group, their families, agents, clients, suppliers, retailers, merchants and associates.
- The Promotion closes at 23:59 on 30.11.24.
Prize:
- There are 2 prizes (“Prize”) to be won. The Prize is a €1,000 holiday voucher which can be chosen from one of the following; Aer Lingus, Ryanair, Cassidy Travel, The Travel Department and used at the winners discretion.
The Prize will be organised and fulfilled by Inventive Marketing Ltd t/a KICK Communications (“KICK”). KICK terms and conditions will apply to the Prize and will be provided to the winner by KICK upon request.
How to Enter:
- For a chance to win, customers must purchase a pint of San Miguel and upload a photo of their pint to https://www.sanmiguel.com/ie/win-trip-spain and complete their details.
- Purchase is necessary. Please retain receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as these may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize.
- Internet access is required. Participants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet. These costs may vary so please check with your service provider for current charges. Participants should seek the permission of the person paying the bill before entering.
- Entries are limited to one entry per person per day during Promotion Period and the Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries beyond this. One prize per household.
Winner Selection:
- Winners (2) will be selected at random once all entry criteria has been adhered to, at the end of the Promotional Period.
Winner Notification:
- Winners will be notified via a phone call and/or email using the contact details provided on entry within 10 days of the draw to confirm their win. Winners will have 10 working days to respond confirming they claim their prize. In the event that the winner does not respond in time to accept their prize, or is ineligible or rejects the prize, the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and select another winner. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they monitor their email (including spam/junk folders), as the Promoter is not responsible for missed notifications.
General:
- Winners must have a valid passport to allow travel and must follow any Government travel guidelines in place at the time of the Prize. This may require winner to provide proof of COVID-19 status and/or proof of vaccination against COVID-19, and that they may be refused entry to the location if they are unable to provide the required proof. The Promoter will not be liable for the winners ability to comply with any Government travel guidelines in place at the time of the Prize.
- The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be sold, auctioned or redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.
- Participation must be made directly by the individual participating in the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible claims together with claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will be not be considered. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
- The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the promotion without notice as it may reasonably require if circumstances make this unavoidable.
- The Promoter is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to the consumer that is caused by any circumstance beyond its reasonable control or by any act or omission of any third party although it will always use reasonable endeavours to minimise any consumer disappointment.
- The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any participant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.
- It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
- The Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of the offer and the promotion, except that the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter.
- Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Irish law and the Courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction.
- This Promotion is administered by Inventive Marketing Ltd. t/a KICK Communications (c/o 36, Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. D04 E6W9) on behalf of the Promoter, and is administered on behalf of San Miguel by PickandRoll, Calle Juan Esplandiu, 11, Planta, C1 – 28007 Madrid.
- The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that such information shall be provided to Inventive Marketing Ltd., solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to GDPR@candcgroup.com.
