- These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
- Promoter: Bulmers Limited, Annerville, Clonmel, Tipperary.
- Eligibility: This promotion is open to ROI residents aged 18 and over only and excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, suppliers, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
- Promotion Period: The promotion will run from September 4th 2024 to 23:59 on October 10th 2024. Entries outside of this period will not be accepted.
- To enter: scan the QR code on the promotional material in participating Tesco stores, enter the required information to be entered into the prize draw. Maximum one entry per person. Internet access required.
- Internet access required. Participants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet. These costs may vary so please check with your service provider for current charges. Participants should seek the permission of the person paying the bill before entering.
- Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
- Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- Prize: 1 x Trip to Spain for 2 people to include return flights, 3x nights B&B accommodation (minimum 4 star standard) and spending allowance to the value of €650.00 delivered by pre-paid card.
- Winner Selection, Notification and Prize Redemption: winner will be randomly selected by Promoter. Promoter will notify winner via email. The winner will have 7 days from the date of notification to respond, failing which the entitlement to prize lapses and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they monitor their email inbox, including JUNK/SPAM to ensure they receive the notification.
General
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of address and photo ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which the entrant must provide within 10 working days. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
- The Promoter will make available prize winner’s surname and county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting competitions@bulmers.ie. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners’ details by emailing competitions@bulmers.ie.
- Prizes cannot be sold or transferred. Winning prizes cannot be combined with other discounts, cashback activities or promotions. The prizes are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
- If any of these conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- A winner may be requested to participate in publicity arising from the promotion, though for regulatory reasons if a winner is or looks under 25, such request may be revoked. Publicity may include, but not be limited to the winner’s name and the store they purchased the winning pack.
- This promotion is administered by MAHOU S.A. SAN MIGUEL, Calle Titán, n º 15, 28045 – Madrid (Spain) on behalf of the Promoter.
- The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to GDPR@candcgroup.com. All data provided by winners in the promotional period will be destroyed 3 months after the close of the main promotion. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in this condition.
- Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Irish law.
